Ticket/s Booking
Tickets are available on multiple platforms and can be booked anytime. Even right before you walk in. Authenticity check will be done at reception. You will receive purchased ticket/s on your registered email. You don't need to print the ticket/s, directly show the digital copy at reception.

Refund/Cancelation Policy

Once purchased, ticket/s cannot be refunded. That means you can not cancel your ticket. It can be rescheduled,  transferred, or even resold. Once the ticket. In case of rescheduling, it can rescheduled to the respective days or available slot.
As of now, this process is not online/automated and you have to call our reception at +91 91752 95627 to help you. You can get your new rescheduled ticket/s if your requests fulfill all our conditions.
